The System can be utilized with any belt/chain conveyor/sorter/grader/sizer, as well as with all computerized packaging systems.

 The S.M.A.R.T. 750TZ is designed essentially for one purpose: the elimination of any and all label changeover downtime; when one labeler runs out of stickers, the twin labeler head kicks in automatically, without any loss of a single label application, thus allowing ample time to re-load the just-emptied S.M.A.R.T. 750TZ TWIN-HEAD labeler.

An outstanding feature of the S.M.A.R.T. 750TZ is it will not damage any fragile, sensitive product during labeling. The stickers are VACU-JET^®TED onto the product. The S.M.A.R.T. 750TZ never comes in direct contact with the product.

At the same time the TOUCHLESS VACU-JET^® does not require any adjustment to accommodate any random variations in height/size/shape of the product during operation. The stickers can be VACU-JET^®-ted from a distance of 2”.

Its greatest design feature is its simplicity. There are no moving parts to adjust. It can be mounted onto any simple 1” dia. T-bar mounting. Once set-up, the TOUCHLESS never requires any further adjustments. Does not require any monitoring during production operations. It is simple to set-up, install, operate, maintain and service.

The S.M.A.R.T. 750TZ is compact (18”l x 12”h x 5-1/2”w per twin-head)); lightweight: (17-20# per twin-head.) Can attain speeds of 750 ppm per twin-head. The TOUCHLESS VACU-JET^® utilizes a proprietary adjustment-free pin-feed label. The unit operates on: 110/220 vac , 60/50Hz, 70-100 psia, 2-4 cfm.

The S.M.A.R.T. 750TZ is designed to label singulated products even if they are rolling, tumbling, spinning, rotating or touching. Will even label when mounted backwards, sideward or from the bottom.

It will operate with 99+% efficiency.
