Twenty-One years ago, Ched Greenhill, founder/president of Produce Labeling & Coding of America, LLC, (PLACOA) embarked on a program to design, engineer and build a high-speed, automatic produce labeling system “second to none.” The result is today’s S.M.A.R.T. 750 TOUCHLESS VACU-JET^®SERIES LABELING SYSTEMS!

The S.MA.R.T. 750 Series is based upon 60 years experience in the packaging and labeling machinery fields. PLACOA’s predecessors were instrumental in introducing the first hand-held air-gun labeler in the U.S.A. Another first was the introduction of the “true” reciprocating high-speed ‘Air-Ply” touchless produce labeler, the fore-runner of today’s S.M.A.R.T. 750 Series.
Today PLACOA has developed strong and close O.E.M. relationships with its vendors and suppliers, thus assuring the highest superiority, reliability and quality that the S.M.A.R.T. 750 Series affords to our present satisfied and future customers.

At the same time we choose not to ‘rest on our laurels’ as we are constantly researching and developing new applications, methods and systems regarding the produce and industrial labeling markets; points-in-case:
